- Login to MyClasses Canvas and select the desired course.
- From the course navigation, select Panopto Recordings.
- A folder will be created for the current semester.

- Select the Manage My Recordings icon (square with arrow) to go to the Panopto server.
- From the Browse, My Folders menu on the left, select the folder with the previous Panopto recordings.
- Select the Settings icon (gear) in the upper right corner to open Folder properiesproperties.
- On the left, select Share.
- In the textbox under Invite people People and groups type the name of your current course. You should see two lists: one for Creators (faculty) and one for Viewers (students).
- Select the desired group to provide viewing rights to the recordings in this folder. Be sure to uncheck the option to Notify people via email. Then click Save changes.
You should now see this group under the Who has access: People and groups section.
Info Note: Students will need to change the folder after clicking on Panopto Recordings to see the videos in the folder for the previous course.
