Step 3. Select Generate Report from the Student Analysis box.

Step 4. Once the report is generated, the Export CSV button will be enabled and you should click on it.

Step 5. Once you have clicked Export CSV, the report will be sent to your Downloads folder. Go to your Downloads folder, find the CSV file and open it.

Step 6. The CSV file opens as a spreadsheet that you can save in Excel format. From here you can look at data for each student and each question.

Note: Currently, only the most recent attempt by a student is displayed, with previous attempts hidden. An update in 2025 will address this to include all attempts.Note: To prevent data exposure, SIS Data (such as SISID and Section SISIDs) is not displayed, as permission handling is still in development. This functionality will be addressed in an update early next year.
