  5. The created folder will appear, and you can exit out of the information page by clicking on the X.

Students will now be able to record videos to the Assignments folder.

To Allow Students To See All Recordings Step-by-Step Guide

By default, when students upload recordings into an Assignments Panopto folder that you created, the videos will only be visible to you (the instructor) and the submitting student. If you would like students to view each other’s videos please follow the steps below:

  1. Select Panopto Recordings and then select the assignment folder (arrow).

  2. In the top right corner, select the Three dots and click on the Gear icon for Settings.

  3. From the Settings tab, select the option “Allow viewers to see each other’s sessions.” Students will now be able to view each other’s work. Additionally, selecting "Allow viewers to make notes public" will allow students to make notes on each session.
