Recovering a Deleted Panopto Recording

For when a Panopto Recording is deleted and needs to be accessed again.

 

When a recording in Panopto is deleted, it will go to the Recycle Bin for 90 days before it is permanently deleted from the system. To restore a deleted recording:

 1. In a MyClasses course, select Panopto Recordings from the course menu.

2. In the top right corner, click the icon that is an arrow in a box to open your folder in Panopto.

 

3. On the left-hand menu at the bottom select System, then Recycle Bin.

 

4. Locate the desired recording and select Restore.
