How to Export/Download a KB article to a PDF

Open the Confluence page: Go to the specific page you want to download as a PDF.

Access the "More actions" menu: Click the three dots (...) on the top right of the page menu.

Select "Export to PDF": Choose the "Export" option and then "Export to PDF" from the dropdown menu.

Download the PDF: The PDF file will begin downloading automatically, and you can then open it with your preferred PDF viewer.
