How to Log In to a Microsoft Teams Phone Queue

In the Microsoft Teams App select the three dots then Settings on the top right of your screen.

Under the Settings screen select Calls.

You will see your assigned Teams Call Queues along the top.

Under “Take calls from the queue” turn on (turn slider to purple) the option to “Turn on to start receiving calls”.

If you are assigned to more than one phone queue in teams you will need to do this for each queue listed.
