How to Sign in to Access Support Requests and Knowledge Base Articles

To complete a support ticket request or access internal Knowledge Base spaces you are required to login.

To Access the Ticketing System:

To login go to https://support.salisbury.edu for Support Centers

Enter your SU email address.

Select Continue with Atlassian Account.

Enter your SU email address again and select Next.

Enter your SU password and select Sign In.

Agree to trusting the site.

At the Support Center Portal page you can select the Technology Support Center portal to create a ticket for assistance with technology related issues.

Alternatively, you can select Show more portals to view alternative support centers such as the Registrar’s or Library. These support centers are available based on permissions; therefore, you may not see all that are shown below.

You can also select the at the top of the page, https://su-support.atlassian.net/jira, to be automatically directed to Knowledge Base Spaces.

To Access Knowledge Base Tutorials:

Visit https://kb.salisbury.edu to access the IT Departments Knowledge Base of tutorials or https://su-support.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/ to view other available Knowledge Base Spaces such as Instructional Design and Delivery or Registrar.

Some spaces will require login for access. To login select the door icon on the top right corner.

Enter your SU email address.

Enter your SU email address once more.

Enter your SU password.

You will be prompted to authenticate with DUO. Approve the login with your device.

If prompted to Trust Salisbury University select Continue.

You may choose to stay signed in if you are on your device.

Once logged in your will see a list of Knowledge Base Spaces.

Select the space desired to search for tutorials.
