Student Email – Microsoft 365 Outlook Web Access

Salisbury University students can access their SU email anytime using a web browser through Microsoft Office 365 Outlook WebApp

How to Access Your Email

  1. Go to Microsoft Office 365 Outlook WebApp

  2. Log in using:

    • Username: Your full SU email address
      (example: studentuser@gulls.salisbury.edu)

    • Password: Your SU password

Email & Mailbox Limits

  • Attachment size limit:

    • Up to 30 MB total per email (message + attachments)

    • 3 MB max when sending to pre‑populated groups

  • Mailbox size:

    • 100 GB total mailbox storage

Student Email Retention

  • Student email accounts are deleted one year after your last semester at SU

  • Alumni within one year of graduation can still access their email during this grace period

After Graduation: What You Should Do

During your one‑year grace period, SU recommends that you:

  • Set up a personal email account (e.g., Gmail or Outlook.com)

  • Import your SU email and contacts

  • Set an automatic reply to share your new email address

  • Set up email forwarding

  • Update any external accounts that use your SU email address

⚠️ Important:
Automatic replies and forwarding only work while your SU account is active. After the account is removed, emails sent to your SU address will bounce back as undeliverable.
