How to Open Shared Contacts in Outlook 2019 for Windows

If you have been given access to someone else's contacts.  Here's what you need to do to be able to see it in your own mailbox:

  • Select File tab > Open & Export > Other User's Folder
  • Type in the name of the user or click on Name… and find in the address book. Choose Folder Type: Contacts

  • Click OK
  • If you navigate to People on the bottom of outlook you should see a Shared Contacts section with users name added and their contacts. 

Filter by label

There are no items with the selected labels at this time.
