If you are experiencing an issue with an application used by SU it may be due to an outage. Links for provider based outages can be found below.

SU IT Scheduled Downtime: In order to provide reliable and predictable service, all non-emergency downtime is scheduled for Friday evenings after 5pm or on weekends. Emergencies will be handled on a case-by-case basis to minimize impact to campus.
