Individuals who would like to download a Panopto video for safekeeping or for use in another system can use the following instructions.

You will have to download them individually. Supposedly, they plan on adding the feature this year. We will update this article as soon as it is available. |
Format the Video
By default, the Panopto podcast output is set to "Tile All Streams" which when downloaded appears as a side-by-side video for recordings with both a primary (e.g. webcam) and secondary (e.g. presentation) source recorded.

Navigate to your Panopto video via MyClasses or from https://salisbury.hosted.panopto.com.
Hover over the video preview image and select the gear icon to view Settings.
Select Outputs.
Under the Video Podcast section, click the Type dropdown and select Picture-in-Picture.
Select Apply.

Panopto will re-process the video with the new settings applied. This will take a few minutes or longer depending on the length of the video. (Note that you

When processing is complete, select Download Podcast.

The video will download locally to your computer as a MP4 file. Most likely, you can find this file in your Downloads folder.
