  1. Use Outlook on the web to access the URL. If you access the email through the web browser, when you click on the link, the report will automatically be downloaded, as the security system in place for checking links in the desktop version of Outlook is not applied to the web version.

Copy and paste the text of the URL from the desktop Outlook Client.If you cannot or prefer not to use the web version of outlook to click the link from the Roll Call Attendance email, you can still use the desktop client to access the report. However, instead of clicking the link, you will highlight and copy the full link by right clicking (on a PC) or Control-click (on a Mac) and copying the URL:
