  1. Login to MyClasses Canvas and enter your desired course.
  2. Select Panopto Recordings from left course navigation.  If this is not available, refer to Enabling Panopto in Your MyClasses Course to enable it.

  3. In the right corner, select the gear icon for Settings.

  4. From the Overview tab, click on Create Assignments Folder.  This will create a sub-folder called "[Course Name] Assignments" to store the student recordings. 

    The Overview tab is selected and highlighted and an arrow points to the Create Assignments Folder link in the Overview Settings list.

  5. The created folder will appear, and you can exit out of the information page by clicking on the X.

Students will now be able to record videos to the Assignments folder.

  2. In the top right corner, select the gear icon for Settings.

  3. From the Settings tab, select the option “Allow viewers to see each other’s sessions.” Students will now be able to view each other’s work. Additionally, selecting "Allow viewers to make notes public" will allow students to make notes on each session.
