No bootable partition in table error when turned on

Problem

Computer is giving the error, "No bootable partition in table" when turned on.  

Solution

A USB drive is plugged in or CD/DVD is in the computer and is above the hard drive in the computer BIOS' boot order.

Remove any USB devices and CDs/DVDs from your PC and restart.
