When migrating a Classic Quiz with question groups, they become a New Quiz with Item banks.
Step-by-step guide
- Navigate to the "Settings" tab in MyClasses.
- On the right hand side, click the "Export Course Content" button.
- Under "Export Type", click "Quiz". Then select the quiz to export. *You may only export one quiz at a time.
- Select "Create Export".
- Then click the red "New Export" button and save the files to your computer.
- Create another quiz, but this time as a New Quiz.
- In the top right select the three dots then click "Import".
- Navigate to where you saved your exported quiz, select it, then click "Open".
- Then click the blue "Import" button and click "Done".
Item banks are anything you want to randomize, rather in Classic Quizzes, Question banks could be an entire unit of questions.
