Located in the third floor of Conway Hall (TETC), the Integrated Media Center includes a High Definition production video studio, a standard definition instructional video studio, an HD audio recording studio, 15 video editing suites, 5 audio editing suites, and two multiple media computer labs. The focus of the IMC is on the creation of digital content. Students from music, art, communications and theater currently take courses in the center, but the tools involved in this creative space can be used by any academic area or career field.

In order to reserve or use editing facilities you must first have completed the CMAT Electronic Field Production (EFP) course or obtained training from the Media Services department.

All equipment in the Media Services area exist to serve the Students, Faculty and Staff of the University. Equipment may be signed out or used for academic functions only. You must have a Valid Student ID before anything can be checked out, and you must complete a Faculty or Student Contract. To download a contract click on the appropriate PDF below.

All equipment is available for a maximum of one day or over a weekend, other lengths of time must be coordinated with A/V Engineering Services. All equipment can be reserved and returned to the check out counter

Many items require special training or orientation prior to use and as always regularly scheduled classes take priority. The final decision on approval of equipment use will be determined by Media Services. Media Services reserves the right to change or amend the policy without prior notice.
