Your student can change their password through the Password Assistance page after Orientation.  Prior to Orientation your student will use the temporary password given to them.  IThey can retrieve this password if lost by using the GullNet Password Reset (Incoming/Prospective Students Only) section to have their password emailed to the email address on file. 

If the student is unable to reset their password, they will need to call Technology Support the Help Desk directly for assistance at 410-677-5454 between the hours of 8AM and 7PM Monday through Friday. We are unable to reset passwords for anyone but the account holder.
