Windows 10 has two methods.

Method 1:

1. In Windows Search(the magnifying glass near the bottom left corner), type PC Name.
2. Click View Your PC Name
3. In the Device specifications section, the computer name will be listed as Device name.

Method 2:

1.  Right  Right click on the This PC icon on your desktop
2. Choose Properties
3. The computer name will be listed in the subsection titles Computer Name, Domain, and Workgroup settings. 

Macintosh Computers

1. Open System Preferences by clicking on the Apple in the top left then choosing System Preferences.
2. Click the Sharing system preferenceSelect Sharing from the list of available preferences.
3. The computer name will be listed at the top of the window.
