Offered by Salisbury University, and administered by the University of Maryland Global Campus -Europe, overseas students can enroll in courses in the Bachelor of Arts in Social Work (BASW) and Master of Social Work (MSW) programs, as well as English (ENGL) and Secondary Education (SCED) courses. Salisbury University provides the following services to support students enrolled in these programs:

  • SU email and MyClasses account information
  • Login/password assistance
  • SU Library services
  • SU Writing Center services
  • Transcript services

All other aspects of your enrollment are supported by UMGC.  You can contact UMGC by phone at 1-800-888-8682 or at http://help.umgc.edu for detailed information.

Account and Password Support

Support for SU email and password assistance is available by phone (1-410-677-5454).

Our Spring and Fall support hours are:

For general support and assistance:Monday through Thursday: 7AM to Midnight EST

Friday: 7AM to 5PM EST

Saturday: 8AM to 8PM EST

Sunday: 8AM to Midnight EST
For password change assistance:Monday through Friday: 7:30AM to 7PM EST
For Skype phone support:Monday through Friday: 7:30AM to 7PM EST, other times may be available by appointment.

MyClasses Support

Students and faculty can find additional help and tutorials for using MyClasses at https://www.salisbury.edu/current-students/myclasses/index.aspx. For MyClasses account or password issues or assistance, please see the Account and Password Support section above.

Library/Research Support

Salisbury University provides library support services to UMGC Europe faculty and students enrolled or teaching in the BASW program. Contact Salisbury University's Library at https://www.salisbury.edu/libraries/index.aspx for assistance.

Writing Center Support

As part of the “Writing Across the Curriculum” emphasis at Salisbury University, all written assignments will be graded on form as well as content. The University Writing Center provides trained consultants to help students at any stage of the writing process through collaborative learning and consultation sessions.
