While we can only assist the student with issues related to their GullNet account access, there are many functions that can be performed without needing to access GullNet. Please call Technology Support for assistance at 410-677-5454. 

How can I put money on my student's GullCard?

Your student can change their password through the Password Assistance page page after Orientation.  Prior to Orientation your student will use the temporary password given to them.  They can retrieve this temporary password if lost by using the GullNet Password Reset (Incoming/Prospective Students Only) section to have their password emailed to the email address on file. 

If the student is unable to reset their password after orientation, they will need to call Technology Support the Help Desk directly for assistance at 410-677-5454 between the hours of 8AM and 7PM Monday through Friday. We are unable to reset passwords for anyone but the account holder(student)
