Zoom now has automatic Live Transcription (closed captioning) available! This feature will show a live transcript at the bottom of your zoom meeting. Hosts are able to initiate the live transcription in a meeting using the steps below.
To Initiate Live Transcript in a Meeting
- When you host a meeting in the meeting options choose More then Live Transcript from the pop-up box
- A new window will appear with closed caption/transcript options. Select Enable Auto-Transcript for the service to begin.
- Click Live Transcript, and then select Show Subtitle.
You will now see a running live transcript at the bottom of your zoom meeting.
