Overview:

This document explains how employees can change their home contact information.

  • Address changes that affect payroll and taxes documentation communications must also be processed separately through the Central Payroll Bureau (CPB) either by updating the POSC online or submitting a paper MD State Withholding Form MW 507.
  • The recommended browser for accessing Workday is Google Chrome. However, Mozilla Firefox and Apple Safari may also be used.
  • For assistance or training using these procedures, email XXX at XXX@xxx.edu.

Change Home Contact Information

Note:

  • Address changes that affect payroll and tax documentation must also be processed separately through the Central Payroll Bureau (CPB) either by updating the POSC online or submitting a paper


MD State Withholding Form MW 507.

    1. Select the Personal Information application under the Menu.


    1. Select Contact Information under the Change column.

    1. Select Edit to update the Home Contact Information.

    1. Select Pencil to edit existing information in any section.



Notes:

  • Select Add to enter new information in the Home Contact Information section.
  • Address changes that affect taxes must be sent to CPB via a W4 form.
    1. Fill in fields with updated or new information.

Notes:

      • All required fields noted with a red asterisk must be completed to save information.
      • Your home primary address is effective dated.
    1. Select Save to save changes for a section.
    2. Select Submit when changes are complete.

Note: Select Save for Later to save your progress and submit later.
