The PointSolutions (PS) desktop app is installed on all classroom computers. You can install the app on your office and/or personal computers. 

Step-by-step guide

To install the app on your office computer (PC):

  1. Start the Software Center from your office computer (SU owned computer).

    If you need assistance accessing the Software Center, please contact the IT Helpdesk 410-677-5454

  2. Type "PointSolutions" in the SEARCH text box and click Enter.



  3. Click the PointSolutions PC App and then click Install.



  4. Once the installation process is complete, a PointSolutions App will appear on your computer desktop.

  5. Double click the app icon to start PointSolutions desktop app.



To install the app on your office computer (Mac):

  1. Click the Salisbury University - Self Service for MacOS app.



  2. Locate the PointSolutions app
  3. Click Install
