Faculty and staff can access Qualtrics at http://salisbury.qualtrics.com using their SU account information. Login with your SU credentials, DUO authentication may also be required.
When logging in to Qualtrics for the first time you will be prompted with the below asking if you have a preexisting account. If this is your first time logging in and you have never previously used Qualtrics please select "No, I don't have a preexisting account here"
If prompted login with your SU username and password.
Read and Accept the Terms of Service.
