Qualtrics Login Instructions

Access to Qualtrics:

Faculty and staff can access Qualtrics at http://salisbury.qualtrics.com using their SU account information.  Login with your SU credentials, DUO authentication may also be required.   If you have a student or student worker that needs access to Qualtrics please create a ticket request online at https://support.salisbury.edu select Software & Applications then Qualtrics Access for Student(s).

Login:

When logging in to Qualtrics for the first time you will be prompted with the below asking if you have a preexisting account.  If this is your first time logging in and you have never previously used Qualtrics please select "No, I don't have a preexisting account here"

If prompted login with your SU username and password.

Read and Accept the Terms of Service.

You can now create and collaborate on surveys in Qualtrics.
