Problem
Cannot install Respondus Lockdown Browser or other programs on Windows 10 S computer that are downloaded from the internet.
Solution
Windows 10 S is a lightweight, economical version of Windows that only allows apps from the Microsoft Store to be installed. Students may be able to download Windows 10 Education at a discounted price from Kivuto Solutions as a workaround. We highly recommend having the University Bookstore or other paid service assist in any Operating System installation.
Alternatively, we have Respondus Lockdown Browser available on all lab and public computers.
