"Load tray 1" Printer Error -computer labs and library

Problem: 

Canon printer will not print and is showing the below error on screen.  

Solution:

An incorrect paper size was selected when printing.  Select Options then leave the tray selected and press OK.  Your print job will now print on the 8.5x11 paper available in the printer.
