Customer Confirmation Session (CCS) groups: Employees across campus who will use the platform often and will be among the first to learn the platform in various topic-based sessions throughout the remainder of the project. These sessions begin in May and consist of a walk through and demonstration of system configuration of business processes that have been built and provide an opportunity for feedback. Attendees will be assigned to sessions based on the platform functions their jobs require.
CCS attendees for sessions vary and cover a broad scope across campus-see chart for all session topics, dates and SU representatives.
