How do I create Panopto assignments in my course?

Instructors can assignment Panopto recordings with or without quiz questions as an assignment. Recordings without quiz questions would be graded on the percentage in which the video was watched. This guide provides instructions on how to create a Panopto Recording assignment using the External Tool submission type, to post and sync students' grade to the course Gradebook in MyClasses.
Step-by-step Instructions:
Log in to MyClasses and navigate to a course where you want to create a Panopto assignment.
Select Assignments from the course navigation menu. Then select the + Assignment button in the top right-hand corner
Now you can give the Assignment a title and assign a number of points you want it to be worth.
Select “External Tool” as the Submission Type for the Assignment.
Click Find and select Panopto Assignments.
Select how you would like to grade this assignment. The Grade on % viewed would be for recordings that do not have embedded quiz questions. The Grade on quiz results would be for recordings in which the instructor added questions within the recording for response by students.
Select the desired Panopto video you want to set as the assignment. Then, click Insert.
Click Select again to complete the external tool assignment configuration
You can set the due date and when the assignment opens and then click Save for later editing or Save & Publish so students can take it.
The Assignment will now show up on the Assignments page and can be edited by the instructor. Once published it can also be taken by Students.
Optional: You can add the assignment to one or more of the course Modules.
