Workday - Resolving Common Login/Cache Issues

Clear your Browsers Cache:
Depending on the browser you are using, follow the relevant steps below:
Google Chrome:
Click the three dots in the upper right corner of the browser.
Go to Settings
> Privacy & Security > Delete Browsing Data
.
Select the Time range
(preferably All time
).
Check Cookies and other site data
and Cached images and files
.
Click Delete data
.
Mozilla Firefox:
Click the three lines in the upper right corner of the browser.
Go to Settings
> Privacy & Security

Scroll down to Cookies and Site Data
and click Clear Data
.
Check Cookies and Site Data
and Cached Web Content

Click Clear

Select Remove All

Disable Browser Extensions
