Workday - Managing Notifications

The below instructions indicate how to change the frequency of notifications sent via email from Workday concerning tasks and events.

 

Login to Workday

Select your Profile picture in the top right then select My Account.

From the list select Change Preferences.

Scroll down to the Channel section.

The default frequency is set to Immediately however you may change to Daily or Mute.

Select Ok once you have made the desired changes then select Done.
