Problem

I'm trying to register or pre-register and I'm getting a "PeopleSoft is down for maintenance" page  message or just an unresponsive log in screen when I try to log in. 

Solution

GullNet experiences larger than usual levels of traffic at the start of any registration period. You can expect slowdowns and down for maintenance pages during heavy load times. The solution is to try again when the server is less populated.
