How to resolve calendar sync issues in Navigate

Log in to your Navigate account.

Click on “Settings and Sync”.

Select “Disconnect Sync”.

Select Confirm

After 30 minutes, select Calendar Settings to re-sync to Microsoft Office 365. Select Setup Sync.

Select Microsoft Office 365.

Pick your account.

A Permission Request will appear on screen, select Accept.

Select Retry Upgrade

Select Retry Sync

You will be prompted with a screen similar to below when the sync is complete.
